Danbo cheese is perhaps the ‘signature cheese’ of Hōhepa Hawke’s Bay. Danbo is a distinctive cow’s milk cheese based on the Danish Danbo. The distinctive flavour and texture makes our Danbo a very popular choice with customers — with variations in the form of Fenugreek and Cumin-seed added options.
